Meu quarto tinham 2 baratas. Uma ao lado da cama e outra em cima da cama, reportei a recepção e mostrei as fotos. O banheiro estava com azulejos sujos e rejuntes encardidos. O café da manhã não tinha mesa para sentar pois todas estavam com pratos sujos de outros hóspedes que não haviam sido retirados e limpados da mesa. Infelizmente o nível desse hotel caiu demais.

Very good hotel in Uberaba - MG. Good location, polite and attentive staff, good options for snacks, great breakfast. The room is spacious and clean, and the shower is good.

A big plus for my husband and myself was having the convenience of the shopping center within a very short walking distance .

The room is very small, bathroom very small. You just can charge phone one side of the bed. In the breakfast we had to wait long time for food and utensils

Padrão, simples, conveniência, e segurança. O Ibis não tem muita coisa mas faz o papel suficientemente de estadia em Uberaba. A localização é o maior motivo pra ficar lá. Ao lado do shopping e rápido acesso as rodovias.

Bem localizado e dentro de bom padrão para a bandeira. Contudo, barulhos advindos do shopping (que fica ao lado) atrapalhou um pouco. Não sei exatamente, mas parecia música alta dos funcionários do turno noturno do shopping.

Já fiquei no Íbis várias vezes. A localização ao lado do shopping pra mim é a melhor. Hotel limpo, funcionários profissionais, e um ambiente moderno. Super recomendo sempre.

ibis is a simple, straight forward hotel. Very much standardized across the board, no matter which location you choose. Obviously traveling right now means super fast check outs, cheap rates, and a ton of availability. It had everything I need for the two quick nights I spent in town visiting family. Another huge reason to choose this location is the fact that it is 2 minutes away from the shopping mall. Which adds to its appeal. Bus station and airport aren't far either.

Very good attendent! Loved him! Nice check in area, but the room was not that nice. The bathroom was dirty, with hair from previous guests all over the sink and shower. Nasty!

I had to change two times my room because the jey lock did not lock. In three days I changed three rooms. In the third room the air conditioning did not work.

I just stayed for a weekend, but it was a good experience. The staff was very helpful, the location is also good and its near eveything you can need. Double check with the hotel if your reservation was made, because mine didnt show when I arrived!!!
