The room space is small, tipically hongkong hotel, and also far from the bus or MRT station, location not really good

The location is easy to reach, just a few meters to the bus stop, and there is a shuttle bus, but unfortunately it only goes until 8 pm, and the cleanliness of the hotel is very good.

Small room for 4 people. Smelly bathroom toilet. Drainage is not smooth. Several times it has to be flashed before it can be flushed. Bathroom water is stagnant. Because the channel is not down enough, it is higher in the water channel section.

I stayed at Silka Hotel for 3 days. Close to minimarkets and restaurants, the distance to the bus stop is also close. This hotel is highly recommended and has a strategic location. And I am very grateful to Silka because I was able to check in earlier at that time. Thank you Silka 😊.

Very good. The hotel room is not small, clean, the staff can speak English. Very good. Convenient to travel, take the bus to travel far, just next to the hotel. The MTR is a bit far.

I don't know why they didn't give us water.

Me and my family stay for 9 days At first 3 days, the room always clean up, but after that the room never got clean up and no compliment mineral water for the last 4 days. For the breakfast, there are not much variation.

Ordinary rooms are also so good standard, again the rooms are stumpy.

clean and super nice hotel. there is McDonald's and 7eleven nearby. though they need to improve their breakfast menu because it's the same everyday. also, it's good if they can put bidet in the comfort room.

Our family had a great stay. The room is always cleaned and towels are replaced daily. Thanks to the free shuttle bus our travel experience is hassle free. There are many restaurants nearby. There is also a nearby supermarket where you can buy cheap chocolates. Highly recommended hotel. Check in and check out process is very easy.

The male receptionist who assisted me on the night that I arrived from airport gave me a not so warm and welcoming atmosphere maybe because its was late and he was busy & tired... I asked him to teach me how to use the key card in the lift, he gave instructions by talking from reception area and I was inside the lift... I told him the key card was not working... he raised his fingers as a sign that he wanted me to give him the key card... I went near him in reception area and gave him the key card. ... he scanned and encode something from the computer then we went to lift and he tried to scan the key card and it worked... after that he did a not so pleasant make face and body language and he went back to reception area. I think silka hotel must review the customer service training of this receptionist. He is on the front line and dealing directly with customers. Silka hotel management must review the cleanliness in all rooms. I am happy and satisfied with the customer service in concierge and the shuttle bus drivers. Those gentlemen are doing their job properly. I am still wishing all the best to silka hotel and more power to traveloka. Thank you.

Wilson and the staff who manages the shuttle service is very courteous, professional and friendly. My daughter grew very fond of them even though we only stayed for a night.

1. The room is damp, probably because the air conditioner sleeps and smells musty all the time. We stayed 6 people, 3 rooms, everyone feels the same. Sore nose, runny nose but getting out of the hotel better enough to breathe. 2. A hospitable housewife. Cute but a lot of rooms, so do it at high speed. Therefore not very clean, just think that come to sleep not only for 4 nights can endure. 3. The restaurant has the same menu everyday, namely boiled eggs, boiled rice, rice porridge, chicken porridge, no other kinds of meat at all But with salty bacon Cauliflower, fish sauce, bread and jam for breakfast. And then come to find delicious, eat outside the hotel Not many menus You have to modify yourself or else you can't eat it. It's closed at 10 o'clock in the morning. Have to hurry to scoop food The staff spoke with a fierce style and were quick to pick up. 4. Receptionist And other departments as well Only have late at night The staff will be a bit fierce. We can not press the lift, but the staff looks fierce, but understands that many guests are tired. 5. The front door staff take care of giving guests very good advice. Our father has a toothache. He helps to find the dentist's shop for you. Recommend toothache medication And recommend the travel route very well

We enjoyed our stay at Silka. They are easy to talk to. Employees are accommodating and courteous. Room was just right in size, cleanliness and had a window so you don’t feel you are in a box. Breakfast was not great but convenient since we did not have to go out. Coffee was great though. They claim to be a 4 star. Would say it’s a 2-3 star at best. But Just right for the price. Overall it is good value for your money.

The distance is not in the city center, but there is a shuttle bus to a certain point. And also easy access to causeway bay or tsim tsa tsui, ride cheap MTR everywhere. For example, if you want to be fast, or don't have a shuttle bus, just use taxy to the MRT station. At most 60 thousand taxy. 4. At first, I didn't understand using the MRT, but after a long time I understood, and Andelin MRT because it was cheap, the MRT line to the South Taipei Line was green. Clean and nice hotel. Do not regret choosing this hotel even though it is not in the center of the crowd, rather than in the center but get a hostel, which ends uncomfortable. Thank you Silka Tsuen Wan.
