Unfriendly clerk. does not provide a solution when the hotel is full and cannot check-in.

I had the most pleasant stay here that I take a shower, keep my clothes and take a rest. This position is convenience. The staffs are so friendly and kindness. But wifi is not good. P.s: Actually, I'll be back next time.

There’s a time that the electricity power has no supply

Actually, for a break this hostel is okay. I booked a room at 4 bed female dorm. The mattress was a bit cramped so I had to clean it up first. The toilet is clean but the equipment in the toilet is rather dirty as it is rarely cleaned (ex: shower). the rest is good, the receptionist is friendly and 24 hours.

No electricity power supply sometimes.

The hostel is clean and friendly, comfortable. Bathroom and others okay. Only access to the phallus is quite far 900m.

The service is bad. they do not have sandals or tower or elevator. The bed is not clean, and it is boiling. The shower is very week and sometimes we do not have enough water to use. It is a horrible experience. I will never come back here. never

The dorm room of a few Chinese people stayed in the hotel very nicely but the room should be arranged separately if the guest has a bridge

We stayed in a dorm type, we are four in a room. Aircon is good. Room #6 has lockers but the 2 lockers already broken. Room is clean as well as the bathroom. Bed is big, a queen size bed. I recommend this hotel.

The receptionist and every staff is friendly and helpful, too bad when I am arrived the whole area have problem with water, clean bed, clean room, perfect area for solo traveller like me

I booked for a short break and put the items. Because I landed in Phnom Penh at half past two in the afternoon and continued on the way to Siem Reap at 11pm. It's comparable to the price because it's really cheap. Very close to Royal Palace and Sisowath Quay. Staff were really helpful and informative. They speak english fluently. They want to look for remork to anter to the giant Ibis Bus center in Malem.

Happy because the hotel has a cheap and very convenient price. Room six, but yesterday hockey became only three. Soft mattress, cold air conditioning, clean bathroom and comfortable service. Basic satisfaction.

For just a place to rest right. Unfortunately the service provided is not total, for example, towels must be rented, locker keys are not available (must be carried alone). Remote AC is stored at the reception, sometimes the air conditioner turns off suddenly, fortunately there is an exhaust fan. But the staff are all friendly, the English is good, and don't hesitate to provide assistance.

At 7am we are looking for food. The hotel doesn't have yet. Since the cook is not around. They have store and it was close. There are sounds scratching in the wall. It was creepy. And also some sound. Just like in the horror movie. But the person are good. They give assistance to us. Also the location is just at the back of royal palace. The food is expensive.

Overall, this hostel is great especially for foreigners. We can easily ask many things here and the staffs are friendly. The room also great but unfortunately, the bathroom door is kinda stuck if you force close it and you cannot lock it.
