Hotel was closed and abandoned. Since 2 month ago, so I felt so disappointed with this hotel

I book a late night and need a hotel soon. The price offered is relatively cheap compared to other hotels. Ok location. The registration service is very unsatisfactory. Three times the staff mistakenly gave the room. I book a family room with two queen beds but is given one queen bed and then worse with 2 single beds. Eventually a real room after the elevator flies. There is no bath towel available in the room. The water tap in the bathroom is broken. Pictures and information displayed are not as real. Choose another hotel.

Old hotel but clean. Friendly staff. Big room. Near to a lot of cheap restaurant.

TV facilities are there but broken and no drinking water facilities in the room, very uncomfortable. Yes, just a place to rest once there.

Actually for the room it was very disappointing. the shower is not functioning properly, can not use a shower. Only the service is quite satisfying and friendly.

The hotel rooms are common and there are some broken equipment (bathroom door).

Cheap, close to Mahkota hospital and culinary is also close.

Clean, guests wait a long time because of lack of service.

Aircond at receptionist and in the elevator not function, no toiletries, no drinking water, bad hotel so far for me

Checked in and the bathroom was wet. Tv reception not clear, only one pillow each.

WiFi is not good and when asked they answer again off.

When they saw the receptionist vouchers did not respond properly and had said they did not apply, after being seen by an email from the new online party they trusted. In the room only provided towels, and soap, no drinking water, toothbrushes, even the tv remote

Prices are quite cheap with existing facilities, but fengshui hotels are more emphasized for certain beliefs.

Not bad but the water heater in the bathroom doesn't work.

Good service, rooms need to be refurbished, TV only has 1 clear channel, poor WiFi, cold AC.

Not recommended at all, so dirty.

1. The foreign receptionist guy couldn’t speak & understand simple english. Demanded to know whether I have paid room charges or not. Those info should be appeared in the system or at least in their printed hardcopies which were clearly unorganized. They just put stacks of reservations docs on a chair which made them difficult to search. 2. Aircond was too slow. Cool mode with the lowest temperature still very slow. 3. No water supply on Saturday & Sunday morning! The receptionist said they just switch on the water tank. What? 4. Water heater was not functioning at all.
