Awful on every aspect! Don’t even consider it

Worst experience, the hotel was out of power during my stay so I had no AC, use service stairs, the room was dirty all the time, the room concierge was unhelpful, the manager never show up even though my requests. Please avoid it!

Great facility convenient location

My stay was great, the property had access to shops movies and food services. Parking was convenient and covered.

Hotel is very well located. The only thing is they run out of hot water every day. I had a cold shower for 10 days

Room was very dirty, pool was extremely dirty and covered in bird poop, room was only made for one person and there was two of us, no mini fridge, holes in the walls, broken door and the room was very humid for two days. A very bad stay.

Bedding full of hair. Bathroom needs lots of cleaning. Breakfast absolutely blame. Much better have breakfast at the restaurants in the mall. Had to change rooms twice. It is a shame a Hilton property offers this low quality level.

Everything was amazing. The beds and pillows were so soft. Fresh towels everyday. Amazing.

The hotel has all amenities required for a comfortable stay.

The internet was down and the AC was not working properly but the staff managed to fix.

When I fly into Merida I always stay at the Hilton.

I’m very happy that we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Merida Mexico. We will definitely be back.

It is a decent place to stay, but it is not located close to tourist attractions and the swimming pool is not worth using

Room was welcoming - larger tha. Expected. No street or neighbor noises was a big plus. Walking distance to medical, the mall and ADO bus terminal. Movie theather, walmart and other shopping and eateries made it a great place to stay.
