Very well kept, clean rooms with all the amenities we needed. Beautifully kept gardens and surrounds. The owners were very friendly, helpful lovely people to talk to. This was an excellent place to plan our weekend around.

The whole property offers calm and peace and is very refreshing. We have now stayed at this venue either 5 or 6 times — that tells it all.

Beautiful garden and cottages. Nice township and surrounding wine region ( Langhorne Creek ) Excellent host with a beautiful breakfast supplied. Will definitely return with friends. Well done Heather and Graham

Great hospitality very central

Fantastic clean and comfortable place, well preserved history of the building, beautiful garden, very friendly and informative owners.

We had a warm welcome and the cottage exceeded our expectations. It was quaint and cosy and with the added little touches it really made our stay. Next time we will stay longer.

A lovely place to stop and have a break - great place and surrounding areas wonderful to explore. one thing we will comment on thou trivial is a small fry pan in the kitchen / found the bathroom lovely though a bit concerning about the combo bath and shower not very user friendly.and it a bit unsafe especially if guests have any mobility issues. On the whole great place and would recommend .

It had lots of character, very convenient to CBD and generally quiet, there did seem to be quite a bit of heavy truck movement on the road running parallel with the property.

We liked the lovely garden and the charm of the cottage. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed having an english style breakfast to cook each morning. Great place to stay to explore the area and easy walking distance to town.

The extensive detail to even the beautiful wallpaper. The hospitality was second to none. A very comfortable, safe place to stay and the star besided Heather & Graham was 'Jake' who was just adorable to cuddle. Never been in a place like this before.

Loved the gardens and age of the cottage.

The gardens were magnificient and a credit to the owners. The accommodation was lovely and of historic significance. Peaceful and I felt I could have contact with the hosts or didn't have to. Breakfast supplies were very convenient.

Nice & relaxing property, hosts were very welcoming & on hand to attend to any issues, we had none. Beautifully maintained garden area is a real feature. All of central Stathalbyn is within easy walking distance.

Heather the owner was very friendly & provided us with lots of complimentary goodies. The accommodation was excellent & the surrounding gardens were beautiful & relaxing. This is our new home away from home.
