Excellent hotel in Barra da Tijuca. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

Unfortunately my room wasn’t good. 3 beds in the room, there was a smell whenever I walked in. Also not having a side table next to our bed was very inconvenient. No power outlet next to bed to charge my phone, had to charge phone at desk, very inconvenient as well. Breakfast was ok, just didn’t taste so good. Tv in the room was only in Portuguese, called front desk to check the remote because I couldn’t put on subtitles and the Netflix button on remote didn’t work, first they hung up on me, called again spoke to someone who Never showed up. I have to say that this hotel was not very accommodating, very disappointed. I would not stay there again, and I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

its good location accessible to nearest shopping malls 7-10 minutes, beach 2-3 min walk, but the service at the hotel isnt good at all due to housekeeping and mini bar snacks setvice. they charged us over for the snacks that didnt use , and the days they didnt give us service , we were charged for it , workers dint know english other than sapnish or portugerse. please be really careful about it , and ask at first if you will be charged for mini bar or not? theres no signs for this so you will not know and will get uou obet chargrd at the end!!

The breakfast was good with lots of choice. I had a room on the 10th floor so the views were amazing. The staff were so professional and helpful I have nothing but praise for the team at Laghetto hotel. I stayed over Christmas and New Year so the little complimentary gift and bottle of sparkling wine were a nice added touch. Special thanks to Matheus on reception who gave exceptional service. Hotel in general, ok Breakfast was very nice but really crowded and took very long time to ask for an omelette. Staff, I think is embarrasing to have an hotel in a touristic city and the staff don't speak any english Room ok but been a hot and humid city, the AC was really noisy and was impossible to sleep with the AC on. And what I really hated was the fact that not been able to drink water from the tap, they didn't offer water for free, and they charge too much for a very small bottle

The hotel was ok. The location is a plus. The breakfast has a lot of variety but no gluten free options. The restaurant at the hotel is not a good one. The service is too slow and not orientated to the customer. They didn't have many options options of the menu and they didn't communicate it until a while after we ordered. The room was ok. The worst was that they charged twice the stay. At check in and automatically at check out. I claimed it because the credit card sent me an advice. After a couple of days the reverse the charge.

The hotel was very nice and have great views of the beach or inner city. We stayed at the 5th floor overlooking the pool and that was just perfect! Rooftop has nice game room and views of the ocean. The soaps and lotions smell really great!

The hotel was not well kept. The rooms are outdated, and the bathroom door was literally coming apart. Towels were old, rough, and felt overused. The front balcony view was the only highlight—truly beautiful—but unfortunately, the constant noise from traffic could be heard 24/7 even with the windows closed. Front desk staff didn’t leave much of an impression, more indifferent than helpful. On the positive side, breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. Overall, disappointing stay aside from the view and breakfast.

Wonderful hotel, stayed in last year and again this year. Brilliant breakfast, comfortable spacious rooms, great bed and views.

When checked in the hotel tried to set me to a lower floor despite my request for higher floor. The reason was they do not have the room avail. When i refused the room another room suddenly available. Too dishonest for my taste
