This room was the best room we had since being here in New Zealand. It had the best bed and everything was great. The bathroom was excellent and the thermostat was easy to use. I would definitely recommend this place

We loved our stay! So nice and tidy, excellent bed to sleep in, great location within minutes walk from the arena! We will be back!

Safe motel on a busy intersection in an area convenient to restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Parking is free but limited. After being out til late I parked on the street only 1/2 block away. Super-clean with very strong door & window security (I was onthe ground floor & felt totally safe from possible intrusion). Unfortunately, you hear anything that happens in the hallway - there is nothing dampening that noise.

We chose this motell as we were going on The tranz alpin trip to Arthurs pass next morning. Motell is newly built and good condition. Good with AC as it was very hot.

Stay was two nights. Clean property, good beds, well supplied. Big car park. Great for access to CBD.

Despite the room was not very big the facilities eg bathroom, appeared to be very new and in excellent condition. Delightful! The beds were very comfortable. A couple of auxiliary lights did not work but I alerted reception to this on departure. The staff were very friendly.

Really good motel, just in an area of Christchurch that is not the best.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. He allowed us to leave our bags (it was before check-in) while we returned our hire car, had lunch and did some shopping and also when we were leaving as we weren't going to the Airport until later in the day. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The price was also good. I booked this establishment as it was close to the train from Greymouth and although unfortunately we had to cancel that part of our journey due to a road closure, we kept the booking and found it easy to access from the highway when coming from Timaru.

Perfect for what we were after. Nice modern, quiet room.
