Lovely food and staff was excellent

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Room had a pretty view of the field and a bath. Unfortunately it was not open-air as advertised. Although tatami was a good experience, it was uncomfortable for my back. Food was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this ryokan. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room and it was a unique experience. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our dinner and breakfast was served in the dining room at the precise time we specified. The dishes were so thoughtfully placed. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!!!

Incredible stay. Really friendly hosts that were extremely accommodating. The ryokan is lovely and provides stunning views. There is an indoor and outdoor private onsen which does not need to be reserved and is available anytime it's not in use. Quiet location in short walking distance to the train station. The hosts provided a shuttle service for check in and check out. Food is lovely and a variety of things to try, all served in a beautifully

Staff is not kindly, room is too small and smelly. Food was good. Overall rate is fair

야외 뿐만 아니라 객실 내에서도 언제든지 온천욕을 할수 있어서 너무 좋았어요 식사도 맛있었고 직원분도 친절하셔서 저희 가족 모두가 만족스런 경험이었습니다

엄마랑 함께하는 첫 해외여행이었는데 엄마가 쉬면서 힐링하고싶다 하셔서 객실 안에 온천 있는 곳으로 찾아보고 골랐는데 결론적으로 엄마가 한달살기 하고싶다 할 정도로 만족했던 곳이에요!! 아침 저녁으로 정갈한 가이세키 식사도 잘 나와서 하루 세 번 온천욕 하고 하루에 외부일정 하나씩 잡고 푹 쉬기 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 중간에 동생이랑 산책 겸 걸어서 유후인 시내까지 가봤는데 15-20분 걸렸어요. 동네가 한적하고 사람 없는 쪽이라 정말 힐링하면서 걸으니 금방 도착하더라구요!! 직원 분들도 친절하셨고 많이 도움 주시려고 노력하시는 게 보여서 좋았어요. 다음에도 유후인에 또 오고싶을 정도로 만족한 곳입니다😊

部屋がとても狭くて布団を敷いたら床が埋まってしまうほどでした。もう少しゆっくりできるスペースがあったら良いかなと思いました。

개인탕 제공, 합리적 가격, 가이세키 괜찮음, 직원들 친절 / 엄마와 묵었는데 정말 매우 만족했습니다.

오래된 소규모 지방 온천 호텔입니다. 방에 딸린 개인탕에서 수시로 온천 가능하고 가족탕 개념의 노천탕도 즐길 수 있어 재미있었어요. 저녁과 아침 식사 모두 일본식 한상 차림인데 반찬이 깔끔하고 간이 무난해서 일행 모두 잘 먹었습니다. 조용하게 일행과 가성비로 료칸 맛보기하며 쉬었다 가기 좋은 곳이라는 생각입니다.

如果揸大車路段比較難行，細車可以接受

음식도 맛있고 개별 료칸이라 아이와 함께 즐기기 넘 좋았어요 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다

用餐很好，服務一流，細心講解酒店設施 有會普通話及英文的職員，溝通比較容易 溫泉亦很好，可以再到訪

Overall is fantastic, however, there's a dead cockroach next to the bed the morning we woke up, although it's clean in the room.
