Lovely food and staff was excellent

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Room had a pretty view of the field and a bath. Unfortunately it was not open-air as advertised. Although tatami was a good experience, it was uncomfortable for my back. Food was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this ryokan. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room and it was a unique experience. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our dinner and breakfast was served in the dining room at the precise time we specified. The dishes were so thoughtfully placed. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!!!

Incredible stay. Really friendly hosts that were extremely accommodating. The ryokan is lovely and provides stunning views. There is an indoor and outdoor private onsen which does not need to be reserved and is available anytime it's not in use. Quiet location in short walking distance to the train station. The hosts provided a shuttle service for check in and check out. Food is lovely and a variety of things to try, all served in a beautifully

Staff is not kindly, room is too small and smelly. Food was good. Overall rate is fair

오래된 소규모 지방 온천 호텔입니다. 방에 딸린 개인탕에서 수시로 온천 가능하고 가족탕 개념의 노천탕도 즐길 수 있어 재미있었어요. 저녁과 아침 식사 모두 일본식 한상 차림인데 반찬이 깔끔하고 간이 무난해서 일행 모두 잘 먹었습니다. 조용하게 일행과 가성비로 료칸 맛보기하며 쉬었다 가기 좋은 곳이라는 생각입니다.

如果揸大車路段比較難行，細車可以接受

음식도 맛있고 개별 료칸이라 아이와 함께 즐기기 넘 좋았어요 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다

用餐很好，服務一流，細心講解酒店設施 有會普通話及英文的職員，溝通比較容易 溫泉亦很好，可以再到訪

Overall is fantastic, however, there's a dead cockroach next to the bed the morning we woke up, although it's clean in the room.

만족합니다. 서비스도 좋았고 방도 깨끗했습니다. 창밖에 지나가는 기차도 참 운치있고 예뻤습니다.

잘 먹고 질 쉬고

오랜만에 조용한 시골마을 느낌의 편안한 공간에서 머물렀어요. 수시로 지저귀는 새소리도 좋았고 공기도 맑고 상쾌했습니다. 온천으로 기분좋은 나른함도 많이 느꼈구요. 또 오고 싶어요.

這是一間很精緻的小旅館，房間設計採用傳統日式風格，從私人風呂可看到由布岳，有時可以見到小火車從田間經過，真是一個獨特的體驗。餐飲十分出色，早餐和晚餐都是豐富的懷石料理。店員態度十分殷勤。我們一家大小老人家和小朋友都很盡興。

방이 깨끗하고 예쁩니다. 직원들은 영어에 많이 서투시지만 몹시 친절합니다. 온천수가 아주 좋았습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.
