The room was beautiful and very clean. It's located in the heart of the city. The only downside is that parking costs money. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel is very good.. always busy

The station, restaurants, convenience stores, the castle, the art museum, and the shopping street are all within walking distance. The hotel rooms are quite spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. They are cleaned daily and towels are changed. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in a walkable, great location, and if you're not staying long, get the 1200 yen buffet breakfast, it's totally worth it.

choosing richmond hotel randomly from app for our trip to japan... and unexpectedly it turned out really really satisfying.. very pleasant staffs.. very nice room.. and our most favorite is the hot spring and the amenities accommodation😍😍😍
