This was the best customer service I have ever seen in my numerous travels. Both persons (Martha and Solange if I recall correctly) have demonstrated the highest standard of service that even in a 4-star hotel I never saw.

Tired and dated room, poorly functioning toilet flush, shower holder broken, poorly lit room, substandard cleaning as hairs left on walls.

Functional and comfortable with free parking.

We walked in from our pilgrim route tired and wet. We were put in a cramped w/c accessible room on the ground floor.There was a locked connecting door to the next room. The occupants returned, talking loudly, and apparently smoking as we could smell the cigarette smoke in our room. We asked to be moved and ended up in a much nicer, larger room on the first floor, with a bathtub! Sorely needed after our long, wet day of walking. The next morning we arrived at breakfast to find one of the most complete breakfast offerings we'd seen thus far, and a lovely young woman presiding! Perfect for hungry pilgrims who would be walking again that day. So, things started out not wonderful but ended up great!

Property was quiet although near a busy road. Good parking. Staff were very polite

Very friendly and helpful staff but the room was a little rough around the edges. Breakfast was good but let down by the restaurant not being open in the evenings over the weekend - Friday to Sunday. This was not mentioned in the booking details.

Adequate room. Bed comfotable.Tea and coffee facilities. Small amount of mould around the bath. Room a.bit dated.

The hotel could really do with AC, also there is no front desk and the bar is only open for 2 hours at night. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is on the edge of Orthez on the main road to Pau. It's everything you expect from a Kyriad. Staff friendly and helpful, room and beds were fine. Dinner was good and reasonably priced and breakfast was excellent. A good night stop on the journey.

sadly it was much too hot in our room at the end of the corridor as it had a low ceiling and the outside had the sun all day so the room appeared to get hotter as the night went on. we had to sleep with the window and door open. A fan would have helped a bit.

Très bon accueil, le personnel très gentil. En plus notre Golden Retriever a été la bienvenue. C’est top ! Petit déjeuner complet. Par contre la chambre était sombre, humide et il y avait une odeur de renfermé. Ça donne un peu le cafard. Un rafraîchissement serait la bienvenue. Sinon rien à rajouter.

Petit déjeuner pas très qualitatif, mur et porte des chambres pas assez épais. J'entendais même mon voisin passer un coup de téléphone. Douche catastrophique et pas de brosse pour les WC...

personnel courtois chambre PMR je l'avais pas demandé mais bon le soucis de ces chambre c'est qu'une fois la douche prise y'a de l'eau partout et pas de raclette pour nettoyer et comme les wc sont aussi dans la salle de bain ce n'est pas du tout agreable !

Bon rapport qualité/prix, très bien pour une nuit étape. Confort de la chambre très correct et accueil agréable d’une jeune femme immense.
