Left my EarPods at the hotel and they were returned and kept safe in their safe and also offered to send by UPS. Excellent service.

Didn’t love how loud it is when the windows are open. The only thing I would change is the chairs for the dining table, they are very uncomfortable. But other than that, the overall review is great, clean, and lots of room.

Our unit was perfect for the family reunion. Layout worked well with an expansive common area, beds were comfortable too. Parking is a bit tight with most units showing up with large SUVs but we managed.

All the facilities are new and well managed.

Well equipped suite with great kitchen and living room areas. Beds were very comfortable. very nice view of the mountains from common hot tub.

When I first arrived, I thought what a cute room and it was extremely clean. The room was ground level, so the window was facing the road and walkway. I had two individuals come up to my window and look in. The people above me all weekend were extremely loud until 2:30 am. Needless to say I didn’t get a lot of sleep. I tried taking a nap in the afternoon but I was awoken by someone trying to get into my room. Overall, I was not too happy with the room. The price was great but I would not book there again.

We stayed in a studio sweet. It was a nice room other than there is nowhere comfortable to sit. The dining table chairs are bar stool height with no backs and hard seating surfaces so are very uncomfortable to sit at. I think a standard table and chairs would be much better suited to the space. The hot tub is very small and closes too early. Maybe make the cutoff time for children at 8 or 9 and allow adults to use it until 12.

Very noisy Carpet was stinking Can't park 2nd car

Even though it was -4 C outside, the room was very warm and I couldn’t get it cooler than 25°C. There was a portable AC unit to use. I didn’t seem logical given how cold it was outside. The room was very clean.

Great location, however walls are very thing and u can hear everything above you and outside.
