Check-in was great with a friendly staff member! The rooms in the premiere building are nice; clean and comfortable. Check out was disappointing since the front desk agent was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me and kept looking at her computer, She finally stepped away to a back room and finally said she’d be right with me but when she returned she went back to the caller, She could have answered my quick question at this point. Finally I had to leave since she was taking a very long time on phone.

I enjoyed the property and all the things that it has to offer. The rooms were very clean and the beds were ver comfortable. I will be coming bbace very soon.

They were very helpful with everything. Chris was Outstanding.

The location is great! Rooms are nice. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like is that they charge a resort fee even when there is nothing you can use at the resort due to it being off season? Other than that everything was great.

Very good location

This is primarily a summer resort that being said the heat would not go down in the room even tho it was 20 degrees outside the only way to cool off the room was to leave the door open. Then wake up at 3am cuz it was freezing in the room. Called downstairs the first night but there was no one to help that night. Went to the front deak the bezt morning they said they would fix it. Left the room for a day of ice fishing and dinner got back to the rook around 8pm to the same heat situation and again because of the time no one was there to help us with it again. So that was annoying. Also there is no working wifi.

I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Surfside. I enjoyed my stay for the most part on my recent trip with one Exception. They had a wedding while we were there and no spots were left for customers. Had to park offsite and across the street. Very frustrating and not handled well by Management. Other than Management, staff was great!

Everything went as expected except there happened to be a wedding at the time of check in. This made it challenging to find a parking space near our room.

I liked the room and the view of the pool and the lake. What I didn't like was, we had no parking space when we came back from having dinner out. They had a wedding and they took all the spaces.
