Pretty nice spot for a quick stay

We like the hotel. It was very strange that there was no one there when we arrived. Just a code. This presented a problem because I forgot to order a roll away bed for my 2 grown sons. In the morning one guy seemed to be doing everything but clean the rooms. I liked the hotel but without my sons I might have had trouble getting into my room. Beautiful site. Yummy breakfast. Comfy beds.

When i checked in the day of my reservation i was informed they rented my room w the whirlpool jaxuzzi tub to someone else, i had no kitchen no bathtub it was not the suite i booked and the woman at front desk told me thats what i get for booking w expedia and if i didn't like it she had people who wanted my room and i could go elsewhere. It wreaked of cigarettes stale 2nd hand smoke in my room. The pool was closed, it really sucked i want my money back. Im not happy at all.

Had a warm and friendly ambiance not often found in this level of hotel. A very good value.

The staff was super friendly at check in (really felt my wife and I feel welcome). They had little things like a popcorn machine with fresh popcorn available throughout the day. I really found the staff super personable.

Very nice staff, helpful. Accommodating for a baby. The breakfast was great though the pancake machine was having issues. Lots of other food though. We hadn’t planned to swim but the front desk said the pump was getting fixed first thing in the morning.

Check-in was easy. Spacious and clean however the pool was closed due to unforseen circumstance. It was disappointing especially since my son was looking forward to swimming after a long drive. The front desk did offer to refund however it was late afternoon and we didn't want to take a chance at other hotels in the area.

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM and were met with a rather unremarkable welcome at the front desk — not rude, but definitely not warm or engaging. The room was spacious, which was a plus, but it felt quite damp, and the bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The toilet paper wasn’t sealed as you’d typically expect in most hotels and was oddly installed upside down. The toilet seat lid was also poorly installed, making it feel unstable when sitting down. We also noticed some mold in a few spots near the bathtub. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There were good options for the whole family, including milk for our toddler, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was okay for just one night, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer.

Garrison was decent. Nice to have breakfast included. Need bathtub mat - tub floor was slippery. No nightlight in bathroom either.

Staff at this location were amazing. Extremely accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome.

Room very clean. Breakfast could have been nicer. Maybe some blueberries and strawberries? Staff very nice.

Great everything EXCEPT powdered scrambled eggs in the breakfast offering.
