Excelentes facilidades y localización.

Realmente es algo para ir a dormir. El desayuno son 5 opciones a escoger. No tiene vista a los volcanes, pero está acogedor.

Un lugar muy bonito . El único detalle los desayunos llegaron fríos . Lo demás todo excelente !

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the access to everything in walking distance and most importantly the recommendations from helpful staff.

Stuff friendly, awesome place

The super room with the hot tub made the stay so relaxing. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our requests. The breakfast included a wide variety to choose from. Not sure how they manage the place so well with these reasonable priced rooms.

We had an amazing week-long stay at Casa Bella in Antigua Guatemala. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy all that Antigua has to offer while still being peaceful and relaxing. Parque central, Antigua arc, Rinconcito, etc The staff and hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated how well-maintained the property was and how safe and welcoming it felt throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Bella to anyone visiting Antigua, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Don’t offer stuff if the hotels cannot onord for any reason

Everything was fine except free parking on premises. There is no parking onsite as hotel description says. I ended up parking on the street where my car got hit by another car. Please, make sure to tell the truth to us (customers) so we can make an informed decision where to go. Thank you

Great quite place and air conditioner..

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. El servicio al cliente de Bruce es un 100, muy amable, sin embargo, nosotras llegamos de noche y no se coordinaron y estaba un señor que queria volver a cobrarme, luego dijo que a el nadie le dijo que llegariamos, al final despues de esperar, nos dio el codigo. NO QUERIA ABRIR EL PARQUEO, Y ME DIJO QUE BUSCARAMOS OTRO LADO, YO LE DIJE QUE INCLUIA PARQUEO Y DIJO LITERAL: ES QUE PARA METER EL CARRO SE DEBEN ABRIR LOS 2 PORTONES, a las cansadas acepto que entrar el carro. Las instalaciones excelentes, todo bonito, Bruce muy amable, y nos incluyeron un desayuno muy rico. Si recomiendo el lugar, solo deben capacitar a ese señor en servicio al cliente y que deje entrar el carro al parqueo o simple que no ofrezcan que tiene parqueo.

Excelente Hotel, personal, limpiio, recomendado

I really loved this hotel. Check in was seamless. I arrived a little early and they let me keep my bags at the hotel while I explored. The hot tub in the room felt amazing after hiking Acatenango. Water pressure was great (and hot). One of my priorities in a hotel is it being quiet so I can sleep, and it was completely quiet the whole time. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I got such a good night’s sleep. The AC felt amazing and the breakfast was delicious. You just have to message them on WhatsApp the morning of to put in your order. I stayed at a different hotel down the street for almost double the price and liked this one a lot more! Would absolutely stay again.

The main bed was broken, very uncomfortable to sleep. Also the front door lock always changed the passcode and didn't work.

Breakfast was delicious, room was clean. Jacuzzi tub was amazing! My toilet was not working, it was informed to staff immediately and was not fixed which didn’t make the stay enjoyable when you have a bathroom that smelled like poop from the inability to flush the toilet. I even informed the staff again prior to leaving for a tour in hopes that it would be fixed by the time I got back and still nothing.

The location is excellent in the heart of Antigua. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed. The hotel staff was very helpful. Several options of breakfast is even included that we were not aware of. What a bonus!

The breakfast was great, you have to order on what's app and they bring it to the room or patio. Everyone at the front desk was communicative. The only downside was no hot water in the jacuzzi which is a bummer after the hike and on my anniversary night lol
