Breakfast was fantastic, full English day one and eggs Benedict day 2. Poached eggs were perfect, staff couldn’t be more helpful. Perfect location for lovely Lytham Fantastic overall, we will definitely return!

Close to the sea front and to town. Hotel/ pub was busy and had a vibrant feel to it.

Bedroom small. It’s more a pub with rooms rather than a hotel. Views are amazing.

Lovely hotel the staff are very friendly. It is clean and they do a great breakfast. Lovely area on the promenade and a short walk to all the shops.

The staff both in the evening and at breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and fresh with good size portions. Excellent room, which was comfortable and clean and very well stocked. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

I liked the choice of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits & jelly beans in my room. The mattress was a bit too soft for me but it was a very pleasant, quiet room. The breakfast was nice, will stay again.

Lovely room, staff, restaurant. Really nice accommodation for three ladies sharing a family room. Pub tea and restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend and return . Visiting relatives from USA would love it here for an authentic England experience.
