pictures and reality are very different- this is not a 3 star hotel by any means- dirty towels and bedsheets and run down hotel

Satisfying service, comfortable clean and peaceful atmosphere.

Overall experience was poor. The basic amenities were also not available. Absolutely no hot water in the bathroom. We had to wait for an hour to get hot water from next room. Approach road is all dug up and access is very bad. The bedsheets were dirty and not clean/changed. Will never recommend this hotel.

I liked the privacy and quietness of the room. It had air conditioning and a good WiFi connection.

The location is good and prime, however the lighting inside the rooms to be brighter, cos all the time we are not staying in the hotel for personal

experience was good. approach roads are bad so taxi could not come. however it is not hotel's mistake

Good budget hotel near City station and walking distance of the metro. A wretched area, though, with poor pavements and very heavy traffic. Hotel has a very reasonably priced restaurant.

Hassle free check in. Clean and tidy room.well mannered staff.

May be it is what you get for what you pay...But I expected a little bit cleaner room. It was a very basic room with no air conditioning, coffee machine, refrigerator or safe box.

Location noisy but convenient. Using Orbits was a mistake

Value for money, I stayed with this hotel for 2 days. for the price offered by hotels.com was very friendly. Pros- Decent rooms, tasty restaurants, easy access to Blr Railway station, Bus , Metro, adequately trained staffs, Hope they have parking space( I havent used it), U can find a wine shop just opposite ( LOL) cons: location is slightly conjusted.

Room is basic, good cheaper price room for family. Location is excellent.
