Great hotel with exceptional staff. Super great breakfast and very nice with the bike to borrow. That was an amazing extra!

The room was rather stuffy as no fresh air. Breakfast was good and more than enough to start the day. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The toilet and shower area was dirty. Toilet sink was stinking.

Hot tub as advertised was not able to be utilized.

The room was large and nice. The shower was great and breakfast and dinner were delicious

Clean, efficient but lacked soul. Rooms are poor. Small beds with very thin mattress. Nowhere to put anything down beside the bed apart from a shelf just big enough to put your watch. Bathroom; again, nowhere to put anything such as a washbag. Wash basin useless. You can't get close enough to wash your face. Very poor room design

Wish they had wash cloths, not just hand and bath towels. Never got used to the bed and a duvet.

Need a better air conditioning in the room

No facial tissue, no coffee machine, frig, even lack of neccessary furnitures. The parking was full all the days, people parked at EV lot even handicap lot.

This is a beautiful hotel. The problem with it is that there is no way to open your window. We hit a very sunny warm week in Sweden and the room was stiflingly hot. We’re Australian and very used to heat so it was hard to sleep.

Booked a room through hotels.com. Everything went smoothly from start to the end. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking was free for hotel guests. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted good. All in all it was a good experinece. When life brings me back to Uppsala, I know where I will be staying. 😊
