The Hotel Is in a good Zone, Quiet área , , safety AND near from Restaurants, Downtown n Business Zone in Puebla. Rooms are Big.

This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice.

Casa Shalom is a great Boutique Hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. Service is first rate. I requested a floor fan to cool my room down at night and one was provided immediately. Breakfast was served; there were a few options breakfast. I had a great night sleep, comfortable king size bed and at a very affordable price. Wi-fi was very good, I was able to stream netflix just as well as I do at home.

It was difficult to find , the neighborhood Streets were so confusing it was not situated on a main street The place is comfortable but I think it was expensive not really worth the price Also it seems like the the place is still remodeling

Lamentablemente el personal no entiende que uno va a descansar, solo utilice el hotel para dormir y continuar mi viaje, pero toda la noche se la pasaron platicando, riendo y no pude descansar, el olor a desagüe en la habitación y la nula ventilación lo hizo una experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie.

El estacionamiento es adecuado para carros pequeños y el hotel muy cómodo para descansar

Es un lugar pequeño.... Que la relación precio calidad es bastante buena... Para quedarse un par de días solo es perfecto La ubicación es muy buena

Reservé con desayuno incluido y el lugar ni siquiera tiene una cafetería. En los alrededores no hay donde comer algo. Las habitaciones no cuentan con amenidades, solo te dan jabón para las manos de baja calidad.

Todo excelente, solo en la mañana sufrimos de agua

Hay nucho ruido de los huéspedes no se piede dormir bien
