There were no towels in the pool area; the staff said they were out and refused to get any for guests, claiming it was because there were too many towels. That's unreasonable. I rented a room here. Basically, I should have towels available at the counter when I need them. I didn't just show up for no reason.

The room decoration is a bit simple but clean, one-way street so driving will be a bit inconvenient

Support service, customer service is ok everyone. I had a last minute matter and couldn't check in, so I contacted Traveloka & the hotel to ask for support to cancel the room. I was enthusiastically supported & after #5 days I received a refund. 👍👍👍

The hotel is in a beautiful location, near the beach, right next to the center, very easy to move around. I booked the wrong schedule but the receptionists were very enthusiastic and coordinated with Traveloka to help me cancel. Next time I visit Nha Trang, if possible, I will still choose to stay here. The only downside is the old TV, cannot connect to youtube and the internet :((((

I found the tables and chairs a bit old and the toilet a bit small, cramped for 2 people. My friend and I had our own blankets so we borrowed another blanket from the hotel but they didn't give us one, they only lent us a very thin mattress sheet so we couldn't sleep comfortably at night because the blanket kept slipping off. I hope the hotel considers this so that customers can have a better experience. Thank you!

Prepare for the delay and blame the guest who booked 4 hours in advance for not being able to get the room card in time while booking from 10am to 2pm to check in but the hotel said there was no time.

My family stayed at Ibis Nha Trang for 4 nights, I stayed with a view of the sea and right on the stage. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to guests, there is nothing to complain about. The hotel's location is very convenient, you can walk because it is right at the night market, there are many restaurants, cafes and services around... 10 points according to my feelings.

Would be better if the lobby was alway Air-conditioned also need more sitting lounge as current lounge uncomfortable. Preferred to have auto front door to keep the cool air inside.
