Everything is okay, only finding a hotel location is still difficult because there is a hotel with the same name (but not west) and Shin-Osaka Station is busy. The breakfast is ok.

The hotel is close to the station, even though the rooms are so small that you have to change and open your suitcase 😅. But the facilities are complete, clean and comfortable. Then underneath there is a 7 eleven so every time you want to snack it's easy to just go down.

Convenient transportation, not far from Sanyi train station, walk about 5 minutes Lovely staff, very well taken care of. Impressed.

This accommodation matches the picture, is clean comfortable and the staff are friendly. If you go to Tosaka, God willing, stay overnight at via inn 💕

The hotel and the room are clean. They have awesome hospitality and service. I highly recommended this place to stay if you search for a place to stay in Osaka. There is 7/11 store below the hotel and the hotel is also near the train station.

Small room with full amenities, we even found a flashlight in the room.

I'm not sure what time the housekeeper came to clean it

The manager was so gracious to us. We incorrectly booked a smoking room, but he changed it to a non-smoking one per our request without any fee. We can also freely get the supplies at the reception area. The room was small for a two bed but it was very clean. Plus, the hotel is like a 5-minute walk to the shin osaka train station. :) Recommended. Value for money.

Recommended for stay, near JR Station, Room was comfort.

Near Eki Shin-Osaka but if you want to carry a suitcase before 8am or after 8pm it's hard because the elevator is in an office building in front of the hotel.
