Excellent location with private beach and wonderful pools. Breakfast buffet was marvelous and magnificent with lots of option. Its my first time that I noticed the Breakfast buffet is open till 11am. In most hotels its only till 10:30am. Staff's are friendly and service was excellent. People go beyond their call of duty to make your stay comfortable. If you like to go off the radar and take some time off from your regular routine, this is the best place to do so. One thing I didn't like about this property is about the drinking water in plastic bottle. The hotel should consider installing water filter machines in each floor so that the guests can fetch water whenever needed. Providing use and throw plastic bottles is not good for the environment. I hope the management will consider this suggestion to become more environmental friendly which is the need of the hour.

Beautiful location and the food was yummy. The bed was rather firm, and perhaps could have used a new mattress, but everything else was lovely.

Beautifully refurbished hotel from a great brand BUT the food service is lacking - chaotic, slow, limited choices. We would visit again though. Just a shame as it’s got all the right ingredients. Walking on beach you see scruffy exterior and glasses not cleared from night before. Not a major problem but if Fujeirah wants to appeal to the Dubai crowd, that sort of polish needs to improve. Super comfortable beds & linen.

Great 2 day get away with family. Nice comfortable and relaxing resort with excellent service. Staff was really really helpful be it jn the restaurants, room service or the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the break!

Exceptional.

We've knew IC since long time, this is our 3 staying. The hotel is an icon in the area. The beach, service and people are wonderful. We've booked for 4 nights, unfortunately we've faced an issue during our stay, when we informed the management, they take corrective actions immediately. Accordingly we've extended our stay for another 4 nights. I would like to extend my thank and appreciation to Mr. James (house keeping manager) and Mr. Mahmoud (reservation manager) for thier understanding and quick actions.

Excellent customer service

All Good , except 3 issues Room A/C keep cooling and non stop in case you keep on Auto mood . The mattress cover was clean but when part appear it was very dirty and disgusting and with colors The service on the Resturant not up to level , also i booked room with Free dinner, no body informed us the beverage it’s payable and not free of cost along with dinner. During check in or after we ordered at the restaurant. And it was very costly.
