Great value. Clean rooms. Comfortable. The pool is nice (but could be a bit cleaner). In any case great if you need a place to stay for an early flight.

Outside the property right by the entrance to Park my car I felt not secure because it’s No Illumination. Absolutely. No Security Lights Outside. Also, the electrical Door for the garage automatically Close but no votan to clóset immediately. When you get inside the parking lot and takes too long to get close. Anybody can get inside rapidly and create a Problem. After that it’s a Beautiful property.

The one star I took off is the location wasn't in the hotel zone which isn't much convenient for the first time Mexico traveller. Other than that, everything is good.

The place is in middle of no where. Room is livable but without window. AC is working but take a few hours to cool down the room

Los sofás y la cama tenían chinches, al llegar la habitación estaba muy caliente y húmeda. Había ranas en el patio y se percibía un ambiente lúgubre.

Parking was weird, send you QR code in WhatsApp. Worst chai latte I’ve ever had in my life at the restaurant downstairs. Slippery floors in bathroom, no floor towel or rug provided. Zero front desk or people to ask questions, you have to catch a cleaning staff member if you need anything. Overall just not great, especially for someone coming from out of the country.

Great staff, beautiful room, excited to come back

I didn’t like that this was an autonomous hotel, there was no front desk staff. I didn’t like that it was all based on a PIN number instead of a key. As a solo female traveler, it was a little unsettling. I didn’t have any issues, but I still didn’t love it. Overall, it was a fine stay. I would only return if I had a one night stay in Cancun.

Wonderful Property and staff! Great lil eatery on the property with great burgers! Cool to see some wildlife enjoy this little oasis only 15 mins from the airport! We will be back soon!

Ok I hate to do this cause the property was kind of cool, but there was no staff there, I got in late from a delayed flight, and upon arrival I had to wade through how to let myself in the gated door, cause everything was run remotely! Also there is bad service there, and the WiFi wouldn’t kick in, so it was help from the taxi driver that I got in! Totally weird that I was going into a un maned place! 2nd thing was that the add read breakfast included, starts at 7am, no one there at 7:30, no coffee, nothing, finally the breakfast cook came, 7:45am, I’m running tight for my flight, no time for breakfast, he barely got a cup of coffee to me and wanted to charge me 50 pesos!! Can you believe that? I finally told him all of this was unacceptable to run a hotel like this, with no Mention of this on the website or the booking companies, he relented to giving me the coffee, or maybe it was the steam coming out of my ears!! This whole episode put a hell of a lot more stress on my allready stressful journey, I would not recommend! Which is a shame, cause if they had staff there it would have been kinda cool!

Read the instructions I didn’t and it was weird If I would have arrived at night would have been scary but my fault for not reading instructions Once I arrived I called the tel # on info at main door and I was sent my info to get in. Once in all was great! Felt safe and all fell in place. I recommend for 1 night stay or many!

They have firm beds, you you are not accustomed to firm mattresses, please purchase a thick foam paddding for your mattress.
