Enjoyed this hotel , very clean and the location was great! 10/10

The bed sheets had hair, pillow cases stained, floor unswept, and the bed was super uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful upon check in and when I requested extra shampoo and conditioner. One staff member stated parking was complimentary but someone else said they only offer valet. You’re taking a chance if you park on the street. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was my first time staying there it was wonderful room was very clean spacious huge balcony Panasonic views I loved it highly rated you do have to request cleaning services for a fee but our needs for extra towels and toiletries were addressed immediately

Very disappointing stay. Only two towels for 4 nights, and even after asking for more, they came late. There was a door lock issue, and I couldn’t get back into my room until the next morning!!! I couldn’t change clothes or shower, and ended up having a terrible night No service, no follow-up, and no compensation. They offered me a credit, but after such awful service why would I ever want to come back? It’s useless I have no intention of returning.

I like how quiet it is. And safe it is. I didn’t like that you stayed there for 5 days and you have to pay for them to clean your room.

Really loved the place. Nice area to be at. Close to many food options and the beach. The place was really clean, elegant, had lots of space and nice heated pool.

The property is beautiful! Great location. You're like a 5 minute walk to restaurants, lounges & clubs. My favorite spot to eat was a Haitian Restaurant called Pearl of the Island. Definitely check them out! I loved the Aura club/lounge as well. I only gave 4 stars because although the property is very beautiful, it's a little annoying to have to open the app to operate the elevators & your room. It's convenient, but annoying at the same time. I also didn't like that they give us an option to check in early for $40 - but when we did that the room wasn't ready. The beds were very sloppily made and we had no towels. So I'm not sure how clean the space really was for us. You can message the front desk with the app for whatever you need, so we were able to get towels after a while. But all the other requests I messaged about were ignored. So all in all, it was really decent. I would stay here again, just maybe wait until 4 so that the room isn't rushed to be cleaned.

We loved the suite! The fridge and microwave were great but be aware it doesn’t have any stove to the “kitchen”. It my opinion this isn’t a “kitchen” as it states it has. The pool and workout room were fantastic! Very clean unit. Overall loved the unit.

I requested a pack n play & sound machine ahead of time & it was in my room upon arrival at no extra cost. The app was user friendly & easy to message for anything you may need during your stay such as towels.
