Honestly, I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean, neat, and has a modern design. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even before arriving, they were very responsive on WhatsApp and gave clear information. When I arrived, I thought I couldn’t check in yet, but they kindly allowed me to check in, which made me really happy. When we got to the hotel, the staff helped carry our luggage. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and made a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable. Every day around 4 PM, the housekeeping staff came to clean the room without being asked. They were very attentive and always asked if we needed anything. When we asked for water, they gave us plenty of bottled water and tissues. They were also very warm and even tried to speak Indonesian with us, which made us feel very comfortable. During check-out, they helped us store and organize our luggage and even carried it to the car for us. The location is also very good, only about 5–10 minutes walking to the mosque, which is very convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It felt comfortable and well taken care of.

The room was small but at least you have all the amenities you’d want in a hotel room. They also provided a weighing scale so it helps to prep your luggage before going to the airport. Just a 5 mins walk to the masjid and it’s a one straight direction too.

The hotel is very comfortable and the facilities are very attractive, there are rooms for families which are very spacious and extraordinary.

The location is not far from the Prophet's Mosque, the hotel is clean, we have stayed at this hotel twice, next time we go to Medina we will stay here again

The receptionist and HK were very friendly. The location is on the main road, making it very efficient to use a taxi. There's a rear door for easy access to the mosque.

Really dissapointed with this hotel, bad service, bad room, bad key/access to the room, its not 4/5 star hotel, but 1 star hotel. Will never stay here again. Highly not recommended.

Staf hotel-nya ramah, cek in-nya juga cepat, kamar-nya bersih luas, setiap hari dibersihkan, makanannya lumayan enak… Oke deh.

Room cleaning everyday. Water etc can get everyday. Wifi so fast.
