For me it is ok type place but people consider this a good place for marriage purpose. Yes area wise it is a good property. Food was average Location was not at all prime. Not even on road Baki theek hae itna bhi bura nahi My experience may differ from others My room was ok but outside it was noisy specially at night , workers used to carry something, I don't exactly know Smelly toilets due to above head water tank cleanliness issues Koi invite kare jaiye jaroor, but khud book kare to thode aur options dekh lijea
