Spotless room, cooperative staff

It is NOT a hotel. I associated the name with the American Quality Inn which it is not. It is apartments converted into a hotel room. NO privacy. You open the door walk into a general area where others are sitting. Then open one room which is yours. I accidentally when inspecting the room on arrival walked into the other persons room and bathroom, not knowing that it was not mine. There was smoking, cigarette ashes in the bathroom sink. My wife is highly allergic to cigarette smoke and so we left instantly. This is not a hotel where you NORMALLY enter your room from a general passageway. Please do NOT charge me a single penny for this booking. I did NOT stay there, left within 2 minutes of seeing what the room was and did not use anything. Very very misleading. It then became extremely stressful for us to find a hotel room at the last minute after a long overnight flight. We were tired. Not fair. Please do NOT display these comments to the general public since it is for the benefit of Hotels.com only

Bathrooms need little bit of more cleaning

Good room , friendly staff & good food.

Unfortunately when we arrived in Rajkot my mother was sick. The hotel Management were seemingly quick with the check in. We ended up.staying the night and had to stay past our checkout due to my mothers illbess. Thanks for being so accommodating. The food & service excellent! Location great and close to the airport

Lovely hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Good dining choice with tue roof top buffett restaurant which is excellent value for money. Enjoyed our evening chats with one of the managers. Mr A K Mukherji.

I am from UK and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel was something I didn't expect, it was such a lovely, comfortable, relaxing and friendly stay. I have now found my permanent hotel for Rajkot, the staff were all so friendly, the rooms were very spacious and I just felt like I was at home. The security guard who opens the door to everyone with smile made my day, THANK YOU ALL!

amazing stay..Its the best affordable hotel in rajkot... The service staff was professional and the front desk was helpful to accommodate even last minute requests. The property is amazing and i will recommend it strongly...

The suite we stayed in was huge (living room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 baths), very modern and with great amenities. And it comes at a very affordable price. Also has a smallish (but very clean) swimming pool and other entertainment options for kids / families like a game room, theater, gym, etc. The veg restaurant is reasonably priced and their breakfast spread is brilliant! Only complaint - Very slow WiFi speeds
