The stay was generally positive. The room feels a lil empty. But bathroom is clean. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is not noisy, which is a positive.

As usual, either hotel.com or the hotel itself did not take our request when booked to be put on a high floor. Instead we were put on the second floor which could be noisy over the weekend

Staff is very friendly. Even though they were not fluent with English, They tried to explain us every detail and be helpful always.

地點有點遠，要去風景區都需要一點時間，過年期間停車位不太夠需要走比較遠。

櫃檯服務超級熱心 房間乾淨, 但隔音真的很差 隔壁房講話聲音, 房開關門聲音及走廊聊天的聲音 都很清楚地可以聽的到！

地方頗大，也有電動車位的充電樁，距離日月潭算近，適合親子，但早餐不要太期待

日式6人房空間很大,住起來沒有壓迫感，很舒適

客房乾凈，床好睡，有停車塲，但偏郊區購物..，早餐菜色偏少，有自助洗衣，有小遊樂設施，服務尚可

環境清潔，人員親切

早餐自助吧很不錯，物超所值，但晚餐五人份，一人費用400，份量太少，每樣菜都小小一盤，也沒附飲料

日月潭活動結束，提供盥洗服務，真的太棒了
