Although I booked a room for 3 adults. The hotel charged me additional fee for extra bed. The room was much smaller than described and average condition without any view.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It's within walking distance of all the shopping and restaurants, while still offering quiet rooms where you can sleep at night without too much noise. The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was decent. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely suggest staying here.

The service was perfect and the suite was spacious. Its location is close to the sea (walking distance) as well as the meydan. Also, there were many shops within walking distance. Finally, Gardenya Suites had a parking area to park our car in and they took care of the parking for us. Their free breakfast was delicious and their staff was quite friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Central location, comfortable stay, very nice and welcoming staff

The bathroom smelled bad. Cleaning and room service was good at first two days of our stay then it turned bad. Reception staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast is good.

الفندق جيد والسعر مناسب، الموقع قريب من الميدان والسوق الطويل، لكن يقع على منحدر لذلك لا يناسب كبار السن وأصحاب الكراسي ذات العجلات ( ويل تشير) . كذلك يوجد بطئ في تصريف مياة المسبح

Our stay in Gardenya was full of comfort and the location is excellent. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is always clean. Hamza and Abdullah went out of their way to help us during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a perfect little place near downtown Trabzon close to everything but also tucked down a side street so it's super quiet at night! It was so nice to have a 1 bedroom apartment for our family here. The breakfast was nice, staff was friendly, and everything went off without any issues. We also had a car, and the staff helped us park it at the nearby otopark (free). Super easy.

Her sene kalabileceğim bir otel. Meydana yaya beş dakika, sahile iki dakika mesafede. Tüm isteklerinizi yerine getirmek isteyen çalışanları tebrik ediyorum.

Ailemle birlikte gittik. Otelin konumu ve otoparkın hemen karşıda olması yatakların konforlu ve temiz olması görevlilerin cana yakın ve yardımsever olması odanın tamamen aileye uygun olması bizi evimizde hissettirdi. Çok teşekkür ederim

Eşim ve Oğlumla birlikte kaldık. Rahat, temiz, geniş ve ferah odalar. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar. Sabah otel çalışanları Serpil ve Melike hanımın güzel sohbet ve ilgisine mazhar olduk. Merkeze çok yakın, Denize çok yakın. Başka yer aramaya gerek yok. Uhulet ve suhulet le kalın.

Hotelli on todella hyvällä paikalla kaupungin keskustassa, hiljainen sivukatu. Hotellin huone oli hyvin kulunut ja vaatii päivitystä kaikin osin . Sängyt olivat hyvät. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen.

Gerçekten kaliteli bir oteldi, odaları geniş ve ferah, banyosu da gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar samimi yaklaşıyordu ve probleminizle yakından ilgileniyorlar

Hotel is spacious, good price for excellent quality, wifi is good, staff are friendly, 3 min walk to Trabzon Maydan, close to bus routes, close to markets. even though it's in a secondery street it's still a very recommended choice.

Нам очень и очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Персонал очень отзывчивый, внимательный, завтраки шведский стол очень богатые, сытные и разнообразные. Уборка в номерах идеальная. Простите мы не успевали заправлять постель и мыть посуду, за нас это делали горничные, спасибо им огромное за это. Даже наши разбросанные вещи складывали. Короче уходили гулять, приходили и наслаждались чистотой и уютом. В номере климатконтроль, нам очень все понравилось. Самый центр Трабзона, магазины и рынок все рядом. Рекомендую! Вай фай работал отлично.

Grande chambre, très très propre, lit très confortable. On a envie d'y rester. Proche du centre, mais très calme.
