Please please beware of this aparment and it's owners....shonky shonky !!!!! Had to get the key of a random pole from a busy street and were asked to pretend to be visitors from overseas. The apartment was dirty,we had no toilet paper,no dish washer tablets,no clean dish washing cloth ,only one tea towel,the range hood was broken and unsafe,and it was very very noisy due to being alongside a major freeway. Then to top it all off the apartment had two blinds in the lounge room one of which was ripped at the top and could not be put up to let any light in and when we got back after a day out it had fallen down. The owner then refused to give us back our $500 security bond we had paid saying that we had broken the blind. I will be contacting CBS to see where I stand and if we can retrieve the money. Overall I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that you shop around before booking this apartment because you will be very disappointed.The photos all look nice but do not represent what it actually is. Communication from the people managing the apartment was very difficult, hard to get in touch and did not respond to emails. The property was under maintenance at our time of staying, making the balcony inaccessible and there was scaffolding across the front of the balcony. Furniture from the balcony had been stored in the apartment making it quite cramped. We were not expecting any food but very little was provided for guests, not even the makings of a cup of tea or coffee. The shower had mould on the walls and a broken door. No parking provided which meant having to walk for ten minutes from an external car park carrying all of our bags etc.

There is no reception so you work with a property manager and lockbox for key. He wrote very nice emails but the help he offered was responded to unnecessarily rudely. No hairdryer, or scrubbing brush to clean dishes. IT WAS INCREDIBLY NOISY RIGHT BESIDE MOTORWAY! This meant not sitting on the balcony. Pictures made apartment look amazing but it wasn't - bench had massive botched up repair on it, bleach stain on carpet, and shower quite dirty. Bed was rock hard. We definitely arent staying again.
