Lovely little room, great new shower room. Whole place very clean. Breakfast was continental or cooked which was good. Friendly staff.

Room was spotless credit to the cleaners. Great location and value for money. Got to be aware of noisy people but that’s not the hotels fault

The hotel is perfect location and rooms are really clean. Aircon is good. Shower heat was hit and miss. Some people were very noisy outside till early hours and no reception to stop them.

Very impressed considering a hostel, , tv & safe in room, iron can be asked for which was useful. Some nights a little noisy but you are right in the middle of the town with entertainment outside your door

My room was on first floor. Super noisy and nightly entertainment was loud

I have been staying here at the sa paissa for 24 years Ive seen many changes . Will be back in September.

It wasnt adult only. Kids in pool and crying babies. Good price, lots of space, staff very helpful. If only it is truly adult only without crying babies.

Everything I needed for the level of my mobility. All staff friendly and attentive. Spotlessly clean and in a perfect central location.

Great location,handy for all the restaurants and bars in the town.The food was excellent in the hotel.The bus stop is right outside the restaurant if you want to go to Mahon or down to the beach as it is a very steep hill down to the beach.The live music that is on at the hotel is excellent.

We arrived early and our room was ready the lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. The lady that runs the cocktail bar just outside our reception is a credit to you. We were there is July and she remembered us and made us feel very welcome I really hope she will be there next year

Staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had a small issue, but it was resolved immediately. I'm loving my stay here at Sa Paissa :)

We had booked to stay in the hotel in a double room with balcony and were upgraded (no charge) to an apartment in the adjoining property - it was great! A lovely terrace for breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening along with a particularly comfy mattress led to a very relaxing stay! We would definitely book here again.

I had a lovely stay, made friends with the cleaning lady who was very thorough and did a marvellous job, also towards the end of my stay I would go down for breakfast and waiters knew exactly what I wanted, on my final day I didn't even have to order they brought it straight over to me...that's what I call service.

The room was very pleasant and very clean . The staff were friendly and very helpful. The residencia was in a very good location and central for all amenities. There was no refrigerator in the room and no air conditioning and there was a heatwave temperatures of 35 most days and around 26-28 most nights. I understand that they are refurbishing and are going to upgrade to include these.there was a fan which was quite powerful. It is a lovely place and we had a great holiday.

Chambre propre et de bonne dimension mais dans un établissement très bruyant !!!! Piscine qui n’appartient pas à l'établissement mais à celui d'un autre juste à côté et dont vous pouvez bénéficier.

la chambre était nickel et très propre rien à dire par contre un mini balcon pour 2 petites chaises collé au bar donc la nuit impossible de dormir la musique et les gens qui parlent les portes qui claquent jusqu'à 3h du matin donc ce n'est pas un hotel pour se reposer.
