The sea view from the condo balcony is amazing and room was clean. Communication with the host was good and the host was kind enough to provide late checkout on request. Only con was, extra towels could have been provided as daily cleaning is not included

Confortable , great view, very convenient location to beach and bus , big room , clean , big fridge good for long stay (20 days ,for dental at Prime dentist )will come again .

Very old

The room was very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with the toilet and the keypad. Both were addressed by the manager.

Terrible customer service that is mostly unresponsive.

The communication is very poor. Checking in was horrible as phone #given wasn’t answered. Less than 24 hrs to go told to use WhatsApp. The tv, safe didn’t work for duration items in suite weren’t supplied as stated. The ad is misleading and overstated. They didn’t tell us about steep stairs to access unit. The lack of replies was the worst as they had my money and didn’t seem to care. The plaza is nice and there are many different owners.

Amazing view and comfortable bed but there was no hot water and when we reported the issue nothing was done to fix it or compensate us for our loss.

The person on the front desk said, you’re booking is a fake, and I had to be on the phone with Expedia over the hour, they couldn’t understand how come it’s fake, if everything is good. When we came back to the property, and started to argue, whey found my reservation.

It was a little difficult to find initially but once I understood the layout it was fine. The room is clean, neat, well maintained and has incredible views.There is a bodega on site for basic needs. There is restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The busses in Cancun are easy to use to go up town for shopping.

It was in great location. It provides all I need for small kitchen / cooking. It was a little confusing for check in process first becaus there is no reception desk but staff was very helpful. My wife loved this place. View was gorgeous as well as nice pool in the property.

Location! Location!

Wosrt experience. Waited at main gate for two hours. Host forgot to send us room number and code. Then a shady lady came to show us the room took $350 cad deposit on top of room charges that we paid and left without the details. Stove wire was broken i text to host to let her know and get fixed. She blamed on me. Still waiting on my deposit to get back.

Check in was easy and well communicated but that was the only good thing about this stay. 3 of us stayed in the room, which had been stated in our booking but the room only had towels for 2. Both times when I WhatsApped for 1 more it was said there was no one available at the time to provide me one . When I went down to reception, they told me they couldn’t provide me anything as the room we were in wasn’t part of the larger complex - so only communication was through WhatsApp. There was a long thick hair attached to one of the mugs when we arrived, a swimsuit hygiene liner still stuck to the cupboard, the stovetop didn’t work and it appeared that someone had cooked eggs in the kettle? (Long white stringy things on the inside sides of the kettle). There was also a mystery cupboard above the wardrobe that looked to be full of old used towels. We had booked for 7 nights but only stayed 3 before we decided we just had to go somewhere else

The best part is the view. It is rso gut with n the beach. Great for a quick getaway.

Property is great. Rooms are very dated and ours was very dirty.

Increíble! Estoy muy satisfecha con el alojamiento, no tuvimos ningún contratiempo, todos fueron muy amables, el cuarto muy limpio y la vista al mar maravillosa! De mi parte muy recomendado.
