Great hotel. The room was beautiful as well as the direct view of the Cathedral across the street. The shower was hot, which was not my experience in Managua. I would stay here again. One note: you can hear noise from the street at night, so if you are a light sleeper, request a room not next to the street, but further inside.

Hotel is located walking distance from all attractions . Provides comfortable , clean room with classic style furniture - lobby and corridors decorated with nice art work . Breakfast was adequate to get day started.

The hotel was fine. Room was great. View amazing. But the fact nobody helped my wife and baby (travelling solo) carry their bags to their room after checkin is inexcusable for any hotel - especially one charging as much as they did... That fact alone is enough for us to choose otherwise next time. Terrible customer service.

Excellent location; safe, clean, bright hotel; loved that they had card activated elevator. Breakfast was plenty and tasty, including fresh fruit.

The best security 24-7 , extremely friendly staff, two blocks away from the main square and the hotel’s restaurant was just amazing. Heads up for Tania, Marcos and and the whole staff for making sure we had a perfect vacation. Thanks guys !!!

The Nicaraguan breakfast was delicious, and adding a bit of variety each day would make it even more enjoyable. For a short stay, the current menu is perfect, but for longer visits, guests might appreciate different options. For example, offering a Nicaraguan breakfast one day, an American breakfast the next, and perhaps another style on following days would make the experience even more special.

Great place to stay with family or wife.

Very nice place, great location, very clean, friendly check in. Inside parking, the parking is the black door infront of the church. They will open the door. The restaurant staff they take too long to serve you.

My stay was short, but the service provided was immaculate. They serve you free breakfast, which consisted of typical nicaraguan fare, well-portioned. I will definitely be staying here again for much longer.
