Stayed at 896 Eglinton Room#210
This place needs much improvement.
First thing I noticed was the musty smell (sort of like an attic), dusty floor, then the broken fan, half melted lamp, and broken dining area lights.
As I spent more time, I noticed that TV didn't have any useful channels, towels were a bit stained, and the springs on the bed were shot, and roaches would visit occasionally.
Also, in the description, they fail to include the $15 parking fee per night if you decide to use their parking space.
Be prepared to bring the following if you plan to stay: shampoo & conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, cutting board & cooking knife (if you plan to use the kitchen)
The staying price looked relatively cheap, but with all the things I had to purchase, a local hotel would have ended up cheaper, and nicer.
To be fair, Wifi and heating system was great.
