Not a Hilton property but it was ok, other properties were full so had no choice, Rooms were ok large and mostly clean. Bathrooms need some TLC lots of black mould on the edges , water pressure good, hot water was good. My room had issues with water slipping thru the glass door and soaking the bath mat, surprised no one noticed this, forgot to mention to the front desk. No mini refrigerator in the room , in my case had to go to the restaurant for ice 2 times a day to keep my medication cool. 3rd floor rest was really good with the service and food. Ground floor was the breakfast area and basically had the same food daily for breakfast mostly South Indian with cereal bread and omelets . Center of the main area with small shops around.

Generally a good hotel, with a decent attached restaurant. Unfortunately smack in the centre of the busiest part of what has also become a dangerously overcrowded tourist town.

The exhaust fan in the room made a broken motor boat sound all night. Very bad odour all over the place, you’ll need a odonil. Reception staff are just rude, they always have an excuse for not providing a service that you’re entitled to. Reception staff are very disrespectful.

The property location is good. It is a fairly quiet and clean Hotel. The buffet can be improved. Staff is very helpful and well mannered. Bed is comfortable. The showers and Hot water excellent. Overall stay was good.
