Very nice area

Basic rooms, slightly dated but very spacious. The facilities at this hotel really made it. We had access to 3 pools, activities for adults and kids daily. We could always find a lounger. They also provide an hourly bus down to the beach as the hotel is in a hilly area. Definitely would go again and recommend to friends. Special mention to Victor the life guard at pool 3!

Ideal. Room had bit wear and tear but did not effect stay. Clean. Apartment was large. All amenities worked. Pool was nice. Lunch menu was good and reasonable priced. Was a struggle to get back up hill but only 20 mins walk to beach front.

Excellent hotel food was brilliant for breakfast my daughter enjoyed the pool and music . Thr entertainment staff are excellent. Have been here twice now and will definitely stay again thank you !

Amazing spacious room 2 balcony front and back bed mattress was perfect for my liking bit firm not so soft slept amazing. Quiet over night not noisy from street or surrounding. Breakfast had good variety. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was lovely, suited our family of 5 perfectly. My little girl took a fall on one of the ramps by pool 3, both the lifeguard and the bar man came to know if we needed anything, so kind of them. Would have no hesitation in going back there. All facilities were being cleaned regularly, staff were all lovely.

Really great hotel really seamless with other Ona hotels. Great service

We only stayed one night as we had just decided to add an additional Day to our holiday staying at a different complex, but everything was perfect. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, a real credit to the place. We will look to come back again in the future for a longer stay.

Really nice hotel when I was able to check in at 17:00 it was quick and easy. Room was nice and spacious and very clean. Lovely pool area and the lifeguard was great with my young daughter

Love it here so clean. Pools lovely lots for kids to do. Hill was a bit of a mission but we got scooters or taxi for a few euro

Very enjoyable hotel and area. Our family enjoyed the meals and swimming. The staff was very attentive.

It’s a lovely clean quiet complex. It’s at the top of a hill so the walk up can be challenging but the views once you get there are great. Make sure you get an ocean view room.

When we got to the hotel we were quite early for check in but we were allowed to put our luggage away and enjoy the pool whilst we waited! The lady on the reception desk was really polite and helpful. When we later checked in for our room it was fantastic! We stayed in the family suite and it was wonderful! I've never seen a hotel room like it. We could have lived there! The hotel was clean which is the only thing we require. We only stayed one night as we did a weekend trip, but my daughter is already asking to go back to do a week there!

Good value. On edge of los Cristian is so nice and quiet and high up for nice views of sunset. Great staff. Not particularly modern but comfy and very spacious.

El aire acondicionado cuando llegue no enfriaba . Después vino un mecánico y lo echo andar pero a los días la misma historia estuve 4 días con calor y cuando le dije a la recepción lo volvieron a echar a enfríar . No entendí nada 😁.Clonclusiones mal servicio con el aire acondicionado

Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee. All sorted in the end and got offered free BBQ tickets, not that we would go anyway. Pool was nice and clean and plenty of loungers. Victor the lifeguard remembered us from previous stays which is always nice. He is one hell of an artist too.... Breakfast is in the sister hotel Mirage. Same as last year. Some days better than others, lots of choices, something for everyone. Only criticism is hot selection could do with being warmer as it was always luke warm. Beds comfy but firm. One single long firm pillow each which took some getting used to. The hotel looks lovely from the outside, especially lit up at night, but it is a bit dated and seriously needs to invest in some lifts as its all stairs which is a nightmare carrying the luggage up & down. Im not going to moan as love Los Cristianos. It always feels and looks clean and looked after. The upside being at the top of LC is you get great view's if you're sea facing. The downside is the oncoming heart attack walking up the hill!

lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices

Stayed here quite a few times and it’s a good location and overall good property. The room we had this time was quite noisy, and probably could do with an upgrade. Life guard Victor is an absolute superstar.
