Stayed as a single traveller felt safe and very welcome. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room has a fantastic view of the marina and was warm and well equipped. I would definitely recommend!

What an amazing place. Very quaint building. Was made to feel like we were at home the moment we walked in. Steve is an amazing manager and made us smile and laugh as soon as we walked in. The breakfast in the morning is small but perfect for the setting. The return guests we met are all wonderful and see why they keep coming back

We loved our stay here. We were allowed early check-in because we were exhausted. The room was very clean and warm. They had towel warmers in the bathroom, and the staff were very friendly and provided to go breakfast because we were leaving early would definitely recommend

Staff super friendly, even made us up a early breakfast to pick up from their fridge as we were leaving at 4am for the airport.... And bedroom had great view over Bangor waterfront and marina.

Nice room which was clean, good view of the the harbour, decent options for breakfast, good location. Overall very pleasant stay and Steven was a gentleman. Just the pillows weren't to my liking but that's a personal preference.

All good as usual .As I am a regular visitor come down Bangor see family Astella convenient and comfortable stay .Staff couldn't b more friendly and helpful.Place always clean and beds very comfortable ,what more could you want .

Room was ok but very cold. It was an extremely cold day but when we entered the room the window was open and no heating on. It took a long time for the room to warm up. Staff friendly

Great location ,friendly people and very accommodating.

The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome immediately. The entrance, dining room and bedroom with ensuite were very clean. You can have the rooms at your own preference for temperature with controls on the heated towel rail and radiator. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Beautiful location, positioned looking right over the harbour and great parking. Definitely would recommend and return.
