The hotel was very nice. We were put on the first floor when we checked in and spent the first night there. But the AC was not working, and the room had a very musty/moldy smell. So, the next day we were moved to the fourth floor and had a balcony, a huge tub and kitchen area. It was much nicer and larger. We appreciated the upgrade. My only other complaint was the face that we were only given 2 towels and 2 waters per day. (2 towels total for 2 people) We asked for more and they would not give them to us. We ate the restaurant several times and the food/prices were good. But they were slow with service if you did not do the buffet and the buffet did not open at the times specified. Sometimes it was almost an hour later. Otherwise, the location was great, the courtyard was beautiful and the staff very friendly. Nice hotel for the value!

Elegant place to stay

Clean room and efficient staff.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The property was magical and centrally located. The housekeeper paid great attention to detail and all the staff in general was very helpful and attentive. We can't wait to come back.

Confort and parking

Room was great, very comfortable beds. We were told our breakfast was included, then after we ate, they said THEY made a mistake & it wasn’t, so we had to pay 500 pesos. The lady at the restaurant was very rude & insisted we pay for their mistake. The gym was under construction so we couldn’t use it. There was always a peacock on the stairs with his $hit all over the stairs.

The staff came in daily to clean and change towels. The room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear any other guests. The outdoor area was really nice, containing a pool and yard to relax and walk. The best part of all however were the two peacocks in the yard. They leave out food and water for them so they’re used to humans walking near and taking pictures.

La chambre était propre, mais prendre une suite est inutile. Il n'y a qu'un comptoir et un petit frigo qui s'éteint dès qu'on quitte la chambre. Il faut laisser la carte-clé ( et aucune autre carte ne fonctionne, nous avons essayé) de la chambre dans un receptacle afin que l'électricité de la chambre fonctionne. Il n'y a pas de micro-onde. Nous avons demandé au service de nous prêter des bols et des ustensiles, ils ont refusé. Donc, il n'est pratiquement pas possible de manger dans la chambre. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure du check in et la chambre n'était pas prête. Le déjeuner est assez cher, mais c'est un gros buffet de nourriture mexicaine.
