Good friendly staff, but no toilet roll available. Electric plugs not much working, some are broken. Hot water not available. Functioning functioning.

Bilik besar dan kemas..lokasi strategik dekat dengan banyak tempat-tempat menarik. Cuma bosan ckit dduk kt bilik sebab tv channel not okay..yg lain semua okay. Owner n staf pun baik2.

Check in was fast. Owner was very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Equipped with mini fridge, microwave, dining table and kitchen utensils such as spoon, fork, table knife, regular knife, plates, cups and more. Bathroom was clean and equipped with body shampoo. Towels were provided. What I like the most is the balcony area with Kota Bharu city's view. Free parking available in the building but need to have a very careful driving skill as the way up to the parking area at 5th floor was very narrow. There was a 24-hour self laundry shop at ground floor, and 7-eleven nearby.

The host is very arrogant. He wants report to app to blacklist my name just because i'm check out 30 minutes late. Their message was very embarrassing and disrespectful to tenants.
