Wth good service. Kind and well behaved staff

It was a comfortable experience. Receptionist was friendly and accommodated for all our needs including providing us with a frying pan to cook for our daughter’s meals.

Two bedroom apartment too noisy

Good location

This was my second stay at Punthill Ivanhoe. The apartment was nice, modern, light and perfect for my purposes (visiting relatives in Austin Hospital and nearby Macleod). Penty of food options down the hill in Burgundy Street. Or if you don't want to walk back up the hill, easy drop off location for Ubereats or other. Amenities good (washer/dryer was v handy for me). There is traffic noise (especially around peak hr) but I tuned this out quickly and easily. Definitely staying again when the need arises.

Good place and safe

This was an ideal location as we were attending one of the hospitals nearby. We walked and felt very safe. The apartment was well set out and had everything we wanted.

The location

If you take the pay at hotel option. You will be phoned in advance to pay online via the hotel portal. Not secure on my view. Nice staff at reception but very limited opening times.

No staff after 5 pm.No restaurant had to order food from ubereats.

The property was clean and looked after well. Staff were friendly.
