I loved everything. Even though it's an older hotel, the cleanliness and amenities were excellent, and the service was great. If you're staying on the second floor, after taking the elevator, there are another 5-6 steps to climb, which might be a bit difficult with large luggage. I'm not sure about other floors. The hotel isn't large, and there aren't many people, so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. However, it gets a bit crowded in front of the hotel during the day. It's close to the parking area for going down to see the lake. There aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby. The hotel sells instant noodles, snacks, and a small selection of local beer, so you need to bring your own. If you want to go out to buy things, you have to drive, and they close early. Any 24-hour shops are about a 20-minute drive away. Breakfast and dinner must be reserved in advance. The onsen (hot spring) is excellent. Waking up early to watch the sunrise is beautiful; the view of Mount Fuji is 100% perfect. We missed the sunset, but if I have the chance, I will definitely come back and stay here again.
