The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!

We didn’t have good weather but still had a lovely time. We played lots of tennis and Padel and went to some fitness sessions which were good. The spa is lovely too

Friendly Staff, clean rooms , great amenities and lastly but most importantly great food and a lot of selections. The only thing I would criticize is the quality of the beds . Beds need replacing . And pillow selection would be good because pillows are also needs replacing. Overall I am pleased my stay and I would return back soon.

Clean room- fantastic cleaner, excellent staff - helpful, friendly. Plenty of food and drink variety. Special shoutout to the kids club - probably the best the kids have been to they had an amazing time! We should be back🙂

Excellent family oriented place, wonderful food options.

My kids were told off for trying to exit the pool, then told off again when trying to eat because my austic son had his feet on the chair stimmimg. Food was awful. Cold or just disgusting. The soft drinks were warm. I do not recommend this place.

This is a good hotel, good rooms. Very warm atmosphere in the hotel, wonderful animation. A new hotel is being built nearby and the beach is very noisy from the construction. Also, there were excavators and workers on the beach, which distracted a little from the rest.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and, admittedly, we can be a little picky when it comes to hotels – we know what we like and we don’t settle easily. That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh with loads of options. It’s rare we find a place that checks all our boxes, but this one absolutely did.

This was decent but not the best, there were too many kids there and although there was a lot of food available most of it was not good quality, overall I do not regret staying here but I personally would not book here again. I like luxury and this is very far off that, including the beds and bedroom.

Beautiful area, wonderful beach and all the staff was exceptional - helpful and happy !! Would be nice if there was a ramp or deck at the beach to assist getting into the water We had a fantastic time - a great beach vacation !! The main restaurant had an amazing selection of buffet items - excellent and delicious

As an all inclusive resort I enjoyed the stay i had no major issues what so ever check in check out was super fast food they had almost everything the resort was full of tourists from almost every corner of Europe. I would stay again no doubt nice entertainment program. Only downside is coffee beans used for the available machines at the resort didn’t suit my test very minor issue.
