A nice stay in PIK Jakarta. Location is good, attentive staff, delicious breakfast, convenient to the mall, well facilitated. Overall a lovely stay!

It seems that the hotel is not ready for full occupancy. There was a queue for breakfast, and it was waitlisted for so many people, which led us to decide not to have breakfast at the hotel.

The friendly staff is felt from the moment you enter the hotel grounds. There's no long wait at the front desk for check-in. The location is easily accessible from the main road Gatot Subroto or Jl. Tendean. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making Mercure Gatot Subroto the perfect place for business or a staycation. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of menu options while enjoying views of the LRT passing by, something you won't find anywhere else. We keep coming back here.

Comfortable and clean rooms, complete facilities

Not sure why they go around knocking on people's door to ask for house keeping, and this is at 9:00 AM-ish. So am I supposed to leave the room? I told them maybe later. I went out about 9:35 AM. I hung the sign for room clean up. Came back at 3:40 PM, the room is not made. This was the first morning. Came back at almost midnight, room was made. But they have a key card left on the master switch at the door. I asked for one key only, so the room was all lit up when I entered. Second day, no such event. No knocks, no nothing. Left the room at about 10:30 AM Came back at 11:45 PM, found 2 pillow cases on my luggage. I hope it’s clean, I guess they forgot and left it there?? Door would not shut, it will close but just. Take note if you are not careful on this. Shower walls are not the cleanest.

Clean... Mercure Ancol also wants rooms like Mercure PIK.

The location is the best, there's a connecting way to PIK Avenue mall. The room is tiny, and the bathroom door is broken but hasn't been fixed.

location dekat dengan airport 15 minutes rides, great for transit stay. you have shops and foods available nearly 24 hrs. bathroom shower area need maintenance, the rest is just superb. soundproof 80%, still can hear from the level .
