One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Arrived on an early flight so was at the hotel before lunch where we we greeted by a very helpful and nice young lady. As we were so early the room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and were offered use of bathroom facilities. When we returned later our luggage had actually been placed in our room for us. Whenever passing through reception we were always greeted in a friendly pleasant manner. At the end of the stay we needed a taxi this was called for us again in the same friendly yet professional manner. The actual accommodation is spotlessly clean and the traditional style has lots of atmosphere. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel the location in the old town is ideal. The breakfast here is also very good and again the lady taking orders and serving the food was so nice. Loved it.

The location is brilliant for everything and all in short walking distances. The staff are lovely and very helpful, The rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again

Interesting place, but not much to write home about. The fifth floor terrace is an interesting space with a view across the rooftops of Alicante.

Great location and an excellent stay all round, could not have asked for more. As you walk in the lobby is striking and the roof terrace is a great place to listen to the sounds of Alicante.

Quirky place with spacious rooms, it’s an old building so not perfect, eg sloping floor. Nice roof terrace, water & drinks in fridge and will bring coffee up to your room . Helpful polite staff. Its a great location for bars restaurants etc in the old town

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is advertised as having a bar - it does NOT have a bar. Please adjust your details as I woud not have booked here.

We enjoy everything in the hotel, from de service in the reception area, the room, and the continental breakfast was delicious!!! Thank to all people that provided there an excellent service and make you feel like home.

Beautiful building right in the heart of the old town. Lovely room friendly and helpful staff

The bedroom whilst decorated in a boutique style have no wardrobes or drawers to accommodate your clothing The sink had drainage problems and toilet seat loose asked twice for it to be fixed problem not resolved No telephone in room or hotel information in room Breakfast served in adjoining public cafe so you have to wait whilst public served,the continental breakfast is the same every day no choice scrambled egg ,four pieces of meat,four pieces of cheese,yogurt and fruit,two pieces of chocolate cake No hanging caddies in the shower to put soap or shower gel in

Great boutique hotel that had many features. Directly opposite the Cathedral with great views.The room was huge with two big windows and a Fireplace. The Hotel had a lovely vibe to it and the staff were very polite and attentive.

It was phenomenal! Gorgeous old castle in the heart of Alicante . Walkable to everything!

Absolutely lovely property, very quirky and old with lovely features. The only thing I could fault was the reception staff. They were very polite but not at all friendly, hardly smiling and only answering questions with mostly single words. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and could not be faulted

Cracking location and a beautiful building. Bed super-comfy, shower really good. It was a bit echo-ey... you could hear reception and conversations in other rooms. A shelf in the shower for stuff would be nice. Really loved our stay. Thanks.

Brilliantly positioned. Right next to the Cathedral and the old town and surrounded by little streets,cafes and restaurants. It is very quaint with lots of character and only 20 or so rooms over 3/4 floors. Can be a little noisy with passers by in the late evening but no traffic noise. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is at the bistro attached to the hotel.

Absolutely fabulous historic building, hotel & staff were amazing.

The staff were all lovely. The room (103) was spacious and the balcony was very handy. We enjoyed the breakfast which included the best freshly squeezed orange juice we’ve ever had. Great location for everything too. We used the buses and the tram.
