The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants were all within walking distance. Very quiet and friendly. Highly recommended.

We arrived in the afternoon and had to hunt around for a receptionist, which proved difficult. The rooms were clean although, on a main road and without air-con, proved noisy with the windows open to allow the room to cool. Breakfast was good.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the very generous and wide variety of options in the complementary breakfast.

Lovely room very comfortable bed had sauna in room ( didn’t use ) brought us up a kettle straight when asked if one in room they have coffee maker but no kettle . Very friendly staff resturant food good and breakfast also very good easy parking . The view of mountains was amazing we had room at back with balcony laying in bed looking at snow capped mountains heaven

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are not large, but decent sized. It is very clean, with a wonderful rain shower. The people were fantastic, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The restaurant on-site does a mean wood oven fired pizza, and they have other entrees as well. Parking was free which was a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is about four years old but feels brand new. It is very clean. The bathroom is super clean and bright with an excellent shower. The beds are firm with nice duvets. Our room had a balcony over the street with a view of the mountains. The staff were excellent with perfect english

Perfect holiday!

Out of peak season and the town and hotel were ideal. Peaceful, always people on hand to help. Good restaurants to eat from. Views were breath taking and walk down to valley in winter is hugely enjoyable.

Breakfast room was filthy and full of flys and waters very rude. Unfortunately, the description of the hotel in Expedia did not mention that the hotel has bar and the music was very loud and we could not sleep that night

Hotel is New and beautiful , staff is friendly and area is great for resting and running/walking, They should improve more amnesties like small body cream and soap, bathroll and slippers Breakfast is great, sure will return on my next stay in this area

Rooms are very spacious, modern and stylish. Beds are sensational, have never slept on such a good mattress in any hotel. Breakfast buffet had ample choice of high quality food and staff were very friendly and welcoming. When vacationing again at Achensee this would be my go-to place.
