We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

This is a wonderful B and B. There are very attentive and pleasant Owners and staff. The facility, including bedrooms, is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast is superb; especially the fruit salad.

I’ll start off by saying wow,wow and wow! What Dean and Jayne the owners have created here is truly amazing and their hospitality is second to none! The location, views and accommodation is stunning and if you are thinking of staying in Newquay you will not find better. Thanks again Dean and Jayne for your fantastic hospitality and a holiday I will remember for ever.

This is one B&B we will stay again. We just did not want to leave after our 3 nights. The hosts were amazing and could not have done more for us. A top class B&B with exceptional attention to detail decor, great food and amazing views.

We had an amazing getaway at Lazy Waves, thanks to Jayne and Dean exceptional service. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and delicious breakfast (and the apples), everything exceeded our expectations. This is by far one of the best B&b we have stay in, there is a well-thought detail in every part of the property and the location is just amazing. We'll definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

Had a very enjoyable stay here. First impressions were a very warm welcome and a property that had been very recently upgraded to a high standard. Room was newly decorated, very comfortable and clean with perfect amenities for a long weekend. The honesty bar was a nice touch where we enjoyed drinks overlooking the sea before going out in the evening, and also caught up with other guests. Breakfast was very generous, but also of a very high quality, you very rarely get both, impressive. Jayne, Dean and the rest of the team were very friendly, hospitable, helpful and provided excellent recommendations. Many thanks, I would certainly stay at Lazy Waves B&B again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Waves check in was easy our room was clean and comfortable. Jayne, Dean and Sally Ann were fantastic. Breakfast was very good got cereal I asked for in especially, the food was hot and cooked well, served with a smile and they were very friendly, didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be going back for another visit and would recommend to anyone. It is very central to town and lovely walks. Lovely view from our balcony it was nice to sit out there and watch the world go by.

What a wonderful place to enjoy! With an amazing view of the beach (which we could walk to in 5 mins) and all we’d need on our doorstep, the location of LazyWaves is perfect for Newquay. Add to that the amazing hosting from the team, we can’t wait to go back. After such a long time without holidays we absolutely loved our time here and the family feel made it all the more special. Oh - and the breakfasts are fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at the Lazy Waves B&B. Jayne is very responsive to all your queries from the time you book. Check-in was a smooth experience. Breakfast was amazing. Jayne had to self-isolate due to coming into contact with a guest reporting covid but Freya & Sallyann stepped into the breach and it didn’t impact on our stay. We would recommend a stay here. We had two issues whilst in Newquay - first was parking. We never found a free parking place outside our B&B in all our time there (5 days) so be prepared to pay up to £8.40 a day in parking fees even though it is free from 5 on to 9 am! Second issue was eating - unless you have booked (strongly advise you book before getting there), it was hard to find a table between 5.30 & 8.30 in any restaurant / cafes / bar. We ended up having to get a takeaway kebab & eating it on a bench outside on our first night there.

The only downside was 3 of 5 days we had to park in carpark 10 min walk away. When booking it says free car parking but very difficult to get space. Hotel is lovely. Hosts are wonderful & breakfast was fantastic
