An outstanding accommodation, staff service was excellent, the complex facilities were unmatched and food services were fresh and delicious. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a relaxing experience.

家族連れ多く上の階の部屋からの騒ぎ(振動)が尋常では無かった。 布団ペラペラ。風呂はぬるめ。 でも食事もスタッフは良かった。

夕飯時、とても大きな見たことも無い足がたくさんあるムカデが足元を通りとても怖かったです

山奥なのでコンビニや周辺施設があまりないのは少し不便でしたが旅館自体は清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。

フロントやお料理の際のスタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。
