Small parking, location not as the pictures, old towels, restrooms old and not well maintain

Just 2 recommendations that will help improve overall experience for all guests and increase satisfaction. 1. Install motion sensor night lights in the hallways and stairs. Waking the halls and using the stairs in the dark is dangerous. Install them for the safety of your guests and avoid becoming liable of possible injuries. 2. I was in room 330 for 4 nights. Everything was perfect except with the bathroom's sink faucet. It needs to be replaced. Everytime i brushed my teeth i ended up with a wet shirt.

All the bathroom need maintenance , the entrance is bad as well

It is just out of the busy area, so it’s a quiet and comfortable place. We even got a clear night to watch the stars from our bed.

Very nice location, very family oriented. If you going to Tuxtla to party, probably not the right hotel for you. Nice pool, restarant limted on food options, but food was good. Staff was very nice and courteous.

I stayed only one night. Not much to say. Anyway no complaint. TV in the room not working but not issue for me. Good location. Can walk to restaurants or shopping area.

Este lugar estuvo bien. Si me hubiera gustado quedarme en otro lugar. Me gusto el estacionamiento gratis y en la propiedad. La cama estuvo cómoda también. Sin embargo, el servicio al cliente pudo ser mejor. Muy cortantes! La piscina la cierran a las 8pm, lo cual si vas a excursiones y quieres llegar a nadar no puedes. No te prestan toallas para tu excursión. De hecho no nos dieron toallas en una noche de hospedaje, tuvimos que pedirlas. Esta básico! El desayuno no está incluido pero si desayunas ahí por un cobro extra está muy rico y recomendable.

The room is very attractive with a beautiful mural on the wall. It was very clean. Pool and court yard was a pleasure. Dining area and meals were very good. The hotel was quiet. Check in was very efficient and the desk staff is pleasant and helpful. This was like an oasis in the city.

The front garden and murals reflected the hotel's name. We liked the spacious room and the access to the pool from it. The staff are friendly and they went far beyond helping us to get to the next town, for which we were very grateful. Their tours are very informative and staff were polite and helpful; we encourage visitors to take their tours. Muchas gracias! Good value for the price.

I like the pictures on the walls very nice and I did not like there is not hot water and the flow is very poor.

Habitación limpia, no te molestan para nada..

revisen bien sus habitaciones antes de que se ocupe, checar que no tenga defecto.

No consumí alimentos, solo que no tuve ni jabón ni shampoo y menos agua caliente para ducharme. Estuve llamando por teléfono a recepción y no me respondieron.

No tienen los utencilios principales de higiene , jabon shampo papel de baño no tienen agua caliente para bañarse , los colchones en mal estado , los inquilinos muy mmolestando e. La noche , y . Malo hotel

No había tapete, ni jerga para el baño, además se encharcaba, la regadera y taza con sarro, moho en las paredes. Toallas percudidas y deshilachadas. En las habitaciones no hay cajones, ni botes de basura, no pusieron ganchos para colgar la ropa pedimos algunos y solamente nos prestaron dos. Los colchones muy aguados por el uso, si te acomodas de lado, literalmente ruedas. La televisión la tienes que prender de manera manual. La plancha la pides en recepción, el agua se salía por los orificios, mojando la ropa. El estacionamiento es para siete autos amontonados, si llegas tarde te toca dejar tu carro en la calle.
