Very outdated. Several repairs are needed. Microwave is in the hallway not in the room. Not terrible however, you get what you pay for.

Not so good. There was no micro Owen and freezer at room and WiFi not in working condition. We stayed without basic features. Not at all satisfied.

This place has lots of potential very old building but worth having a place to stay. The staff is very friendly. Only complaint is the bathroom had an awful musty smell to it but the bed and room were clean. Pool was shut down. I hope to see this place gets remodeled someday. Also Super close stay to the arches!

The place was good with minor issues about the room. The bathroom's exhaust is not working. One thing that made us upset was the attitude of the front desk staff. His rude.

It is good place to stay

Not bad for the price. Although an outdated hotel, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. We never saw anyone at the main desk there was a note with a number to call if you have y needed assistance and box to drop the key in for check out.

Very nice place to stay. Very close to Arches National Park. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good. I stayed here 2 nights. Good price and good quality.

Excellent night sleep and very close to Arches National Park. But staff was not friendly when we checked in and nonexistent afterwards.

The room was not very clean. The top blanket was stained. The bathtub was dirty.

Must be the area; room was VERY expensive for an old run down property with weeds growing in the empty pool and crumbling landscaping in the back.

Room and facilities are clean and the price is very reasonable. Location is good, it’s on the strip but north of the busy area.

Staff does not want to Hear your concerns and does Not want to accommodate any problems. Room was too hot to sleep. Worst stay on our whole vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Staff and room were great.

For the price it wasn’t worth it but we booked last minute. There was no laundry service, no pool even though it was advertised. The breakfast was nothing great but was included.

Check google reviews before staying here. It’s a dumpster fire that needs new management, new ownership, or demolished. Expedia will offer a $50 credit once you get a supervisor in the chat but it’s an insult compared to what they charge and how disgusting this building is.
