We stayed 6 nights and loved our apartment. A 5 minute walk from Edgeware Road tube station. Pubs and restaurants nearby. Great wifi, great kitchen with coffee maker and coffee pods. Washer and dryer with laundry powder provided. Clean bathroom with towels , shampoo, body soap and hand soap and hair dryer. Two couches to relax in front of the great tv. Good closet for unpacking fully. The apartment is on the basement level but there are still windows to the outside, but no view. Not a problem, we were too tired after a full day to want to look outside!

This property was above all my expectations, from the time I arrived, which was earlier than my check in time to the day I left this property, they made me feel very welcome. I was overwhelmed but met with such kindness and hospitality They went above and beyond just to help me as I was traveling alone and new to the area. The location is amazing, close to baker Street station, , and to so many shops, it's just a lovely place and I felt safe. Thank you so much sylvia, Mr hadad and Mr. You all made me feel very welcome and I am very grateful for your kindness. I will definitely be visiting again..

Great location, plenty of space, excellent host

Lovely stay and in an excellent location in beautiful Marylebone. Silvia was great at communicating with us and was so kind to let us check in early (which was much appreciated since we’d just arrived from a 10 hour flight). We stayed in the studio apartment which is down in the basement. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs since these older London buildings can be loud when someone is entering the building above you. Other than that, the only other hiccup we encountered was some difficulties trying to figure out to get the combo washer/dryer to work (but this is likely due to our lack of familiarity with these machines — you can find manuals online for it but it still was a tad tricky for us to get right). Ad two women, we also loved the ample closet space and many mirrors which made getting ready and dressed up easy! Would certainly stay here again!

Perfect apartment and great location!

There were stains on the couches and dust on the windows and windowsills. Had to do a deep clean of the bathroom as there was still hair in the shower and the outside of the toliet was not clean. Floor was sticky and rugs dirty.

Very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive.

It was very clean and comfortable. Silvia is available to answer all our questions before our arrival and during our stay. I definitely can go back.

Smoke odor during the entire stay - communication with the property manager did not resolve the issue. The location was a nice walking distance to bus stops and restaurants. The bedding also had the smoke odor which seemed was coming from the tenants downstairs.

I recently stayed in this modern, clean, and spacious apartment, and I had a fantastic experience. The communication from the property services over the phone was excellent.

Everything good. Suggest addition of a fixed safe in bedroom for security of documents and other valuables. Otherwise, no complaints or deficits.

Great location. Lovely apartment. Large living room, bedrooms are quiet and cool.

The property was fine and in a good location - it was not that clean e.g. caked on food on cooker top and very limited. We had a coffee machine but the wrong pods for the machine - The towels were grey (ie had been white but very worn). Overall it was a very average property but was mitigated by quietness and location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, the place was very clean and the check-in process was very smooth. There were a few drawbacks to the apartment that might be a dealbreaker for some: 1) The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and unusable. We requested a mattress topper which was kindly and very quickly supplied by the host, which at least made it bearable for the week. But we were still left with the option of sleeping uphill or downhill. It needs to be replaced. 2) The toilet has a ridiculously weak flush, meaning it had to be flushed as many as 15 times in a row to clear contents. Not how you want to spend your time in London! 3) The gas hob only works if you hold the gas knob down while cooking - very awkward indeed! For the above reasons, we could only recommend the apartment to a couple (not a family) who don’t plan on cooking. The location alone would make it a great choice in that case and we would certainly return if it was just the two of us.

Apartment was in a great location, communication was good and could drop case before getting access. Some of the furniture is a bit worn and paintwork would benefit with getting freshened up. Bathroom was great and bed was comfortable. TV in bedroom would be good.
